How do I personalize my items?

After adding your item(s) to the cart a pop up will appear. This is where you will include the personalization information, the need by date, along with any other special instructions.

Will I receive a Proof of my order?

We strive for perfection and will send a proof with in 1-2 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that we will send a separate email that needs to be approved before we can ship your item(s). Once approved you will not be able to make changes. Failure to approve your proof could cause delays in shipping. Our normal turnaround time is 5-10 business days, this does not including shipping. Rush options are available upon request.

How can I RUSH my order?

I live in the OKC metro area, can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped? 

Absolutely! In the Oklahoma City metro area? We are located in NW OKC if you would like to set up a time to pick your order up in person. When selecting the shipping option there is one for LOCAL PICK UP. This is only if you are physically able to pick your order up in NW OKC. If you are unable to we can send you an invoice for shipping. 

What is the benefit to creating an account?
